1.  Continue with grammar work

2.  Start Readers Theatre - see the Workspace, June: The Final Push

June 12 - 16, 2017

This week, the students are going to:

1.  Finish their Google Lit Tour - due June 14
2.  Present their Google Lit Tour  - due June 15
3.  Start Readers Theatre
4.  Continue working on grammar - the students will need earbuds 

Their new workspace will be available on Wednesday.

June 5 - 8, 2017

Short week!

1.  Looking at homonyms

2.  Continue working on Google Lit Tour Builder Assignment.  This is due June 14.  The students will be presenting their tour to a small group.

May 29 - June 2, 2017

Plans for this week:

1.  All 10 blogs are due by Wednesday, May 31

2.  The students will finish the grammar work: Quotation marks, commas,...  I had noticed a lot of errors in their WW1 news report.

3.  Continue with the Google Lit assignment.  The tentative due date is June 14.

May 23 - 26, 2017

This week:

1.  Continue reading the Ottawa Citizen online and writing in the blogs.  They need 10 posts by May 31.

2.  Start their Google Lit Assignment.  The assignment is in their workspace.  They have been assigned a novel.  The due date is yet to be determined.

May 15 - 18, 2017

Here are the plans for this week (sorry for the delay in posting):

1.  Continue reading and blogging about what they find interesting in the Ottawa Citizen.  Ten blog posts are due May 31.

2.  Finish up and hand in the good copy of the WW1 news report.  This is due Wednesday, May 17.

3.  Start a new workspace on Wednesday.  We will be using Google Earth for this assignment.
